Delivery and returns

Delivery policy

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. They are sent via the Chronopost service (La Poste) with a tracking number and delivered without signature.

The delivery area covered by DW BE - SHILAJIT EVEREST is limited to France, including Corsica and DOM-TOM, and to European countries, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom and Quebec. For all other requests, please contact us.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Particular attention is paid to fragile objects.

The dimensions of the packaging are studied and appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Price for sending to France and Overseas Territories: 6 euros for one or two boxes and free from three boxes.
Price for shipping to Europe and others: 12 euros for one or two boxes and 6 euros for three boxes or more.


Exchange and Return Policy

The customer will check the conformity of the Products delivered in order to note any anomalies concerning delivery such as missing or damaged products, missing or damaged packaging/overpackaging.
It is specified that if the substitution of an item (see 6.4) has been accepted by the customer, the replaced product cannot be considered missing.
Any reservations must be promptly notified to Shilajit Everest - DW BE Customer Service by email via our contact form within two (2) days following receipt of the Product(s).
Without prejudice to the rights that the customer has under legal guarantees (see article 8), any complaint made beyond this notification period following delivery of the Product(s) will be considered inadmissible.
Shilajit Everest - DW BE reserves the right to ask the customer to keep at its disposal for fifteen (15) days from the date of its complaint the product(s) deemed non-compliant or damaged.
In the event of abusive complaints, Shilajit Everest - DW BE may refuse to honor a subsequent Order placed by the customer concerned.
